Central Connecticut Tai Chi Ch'uan (CCTCC) was established in 1989.
Tai Chi classes are offered year round, with new classes starting at different
times during the year. Reiki classes are taught by appointment. Our objective is to provide a number
of modalities for individual self improvement, healing, and better health.
