Central Connecticut Tai Chi Ch'uan (CCTCC) was established in 1989.
Beginner Tai Chi classes start in March and September. Throughout the year classes include Tai Chi Beginner through Advanced, Chi Kung, Push Hands, Sword and Saber. Our overall objective is to improve ones overall health and wellbeing. Achieving relaxation and stress relief is a main objectie.
